Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

60 seconds of Wall Ball Shots

60 seconds of Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)

60 seconds of Box Jumps 

60 seconds of Push Press (43/29.5 kg)

60 seconds of Rowing (for Calories)

 

Athlete A starts with wall-balls, when finished athlete B do KB swings and so on until both athletes finished three whole sets.

Back Squat

* Set 1 – 3 reps @ 70% of 1-RM Back Squat

* Set 2 – 3 reps @ 80%

* Set 3 – 2 reps @ 85%

* Set 5 – 3 reps @ 85%

* Set 6 – 3 reps @ 85%

B.

150 Air Squats
